Thank you for shopping with Humera Alvi.
All of our products are custom-made and created specifically to your order. Because each item is prepared individually and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it immediately enters production.
As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for any reason other than a manufacturing error or defect caused by us.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping, or

Incorrect due to our error,
please contact us at humera.alvi@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process a replacement, please include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the damage or error
After review, we will provide a replacement or partial credit (at our discretion) if the issue is confirmed to be on our part.
3. Subscription Orders
If you are a subscriber:

You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations apply to future deliveries only. Past or current orders already in production are non-refundable.
4. No Responsibility for Customer Errors
Please double-check your customization details (such as design, color, spelling, and delivery address) before submitting your order.
We cannot be held responsible for mistakes provided by the customer during checkout.
