  • We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

5. Subscriptions

  • Our services may include monthly subscription plans.

  • When you subscribe, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly) until you cancel.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

  • You can manage or cancel renewals anytime through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellations apply to future renewals only. Orders already processed or in production cannot be canceled or refunded (see Section 8).

6. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may exclude shipping, customs, or taxes applicable to international deliveries.

  • Payments must be made via the accepted methods displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, Easypaisa, JazzCash).

  • Once payment is confirmed, your order enters production and cannot be canceled.

  • We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by payment gateways or financial institutions.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Please refer to our Shipping & Service Policy for details on processing times, delivery options, and estimated timelines.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • All products are custom-made, therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is placed.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at humera.alvi@hotmail.com with photos and your order number.

  • Replacements or partial credits may be issued at our discretion in the event of verified damage or error.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, product designs, and logos—is the exclusive property of Humera Alvi or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the website without our prior written permission.
